LORAI Health LLC's US based research and development activities are focused on developing the company's Gen-2 transdermal platform.

These activities contribute to the ongoing evaluation of next generation approaches to transdermal drug delivery, with a focus on improving patient experience, treatment continuity and future manufacturing capability.

Our research programs are conducted in collaboration with scientific advisors, technical specialists and industry partners as appropriate.

US Operations

Technology

Transdermal patches are used widely but current technology suffers from adhesion failures, causing skin irritation, and inconsistent drug delivery. These are problems that reduce treatment effectiveness and are also driving increased regulatory focus. Innovation has failed to keep pace with modern materials and manufacturing technologies leading to transdermal delivery remaining underutilized despite its many advantages.

LORAI Health is building a next‑generation transdermal platform using advanced materials, bioadhesive science, and a proprietary 3D matrix architecture to improve adhesion, skin compatibility, and drug delivery. We are launching this platform first in menopause hormone therapy before expanding into broader prescription and consumer health markets.
